Do i get my name on the photo strips?
Yes. We design the headers for you and send you a couple of samples to choose from. We can use logos, themes, fonts, colors to suit your day.

Can you do different backdrops?
We can…however, black is the best for photo quality. We have 4-5 different backdrops and we always suggest the black. It’s all about you, your guests, and the photo’s themselves…you don’t want the background to be the focus. Black always looks great!

How do the strips get cut in half?
Our printer automatically cuts the strips.

Are the photos good quality?
Our camera is a Cannon DSLR that shoots at 12 megapixles. The photo’s are good quality!

Is the paper good quality?
Yes, we use a ‘Dye Sub’ photo lab quality printer with professional photo paper.

Tell me about the costumes…
We have a lot of stuff to choose from! We can leave it put away for the beginning of the night if you prefer to have ‘nice’ shots before all of the ‘fun ones’. The costumes are sometimes the best part, and the most fun for the guests.

Can we configure the strips differently?
Yes. We can do ‘postcard style’, strip style, and other variations. The most popular, and the one we suggest, is 3 poses, strip style. Here are the main reasons…3 images are enough poses, and it ensures the images are large enough (4 photo’s get too small). The postcard style is a bit clumsy to carry in a pocket, and tougher to make the album look good as well.

Envelopes?
We put all the strips into a protective envelope for your guests to they are protected from scratches, spilled drinks, etc.

Can I have the digitals?
Not only can you have them…we provide you with a USB to store them all on, and we also prepare a web album with a secure login link so that your guests can view the photo’s online.

Does everyone in the photo get their own picture?
Yes. Every time. We do unlimited re-prints and copies for everyone at no extra charge. In fact, on top of our flat rate, we don’t have any additional charges for anything. No surprises!

Can my guests use the booth more than once?
Absolutely! Most people use it 2-3 times a night…different combinations of people, different costumes.

How much room do you need to set up?
We need an area 8′ x 10′ with access to hydro within 100′

Do you need hydro?
Yes we do. We carry long extension cords and any regular wall plug outlet will work for us.

How do we pay?
We take a 30% deposit at time of booking to secure the date. We also take a post dated cheque for the date of your event.

How will you know the details of our event?
We will send you a form to collect all of the critical dates, times and details about your special day so that we are clear and that you know what to expect from us. We will call you the week leading up to your event as well just to ‘check in’ and ensure plans are still the same.

Can you set up out doors?
Yes. We do lot’s of outdoor set ups. We don’t take up much room so if weather changes at the last minute, we are portable! We require a hydro connection within 100′ so we can hook up and have power.

How long does it take to set up / take down?
We set up in under an hour and we tear down in 30 minutes.

Do I have to provide you with an album to put duplicate strips in?
You can if you would like but we have a selection that we provide as well. Most brides use ours, but we have had them provided as well.

Do you charge for travel?
We do not charge for travel within 100km of the GTA, KW, London area. Call for specifics but within an hour of our 2 locations…we don’t charge.
